Privacy policy

This page explains what we collect when you use OneSpaceMall and why.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, so nobody at OneSpaceMall can read them.
• Order details: delivery address, items bought and payment status.
• Messages you send us through the contact and seller forms.
• Your email address if you join the opening list.

How we use it

We use your details to deliver orders, to contact you about them, and to keep the marketplace safe. We send marketing emails only to people who asked for them.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, a cart cookie so your basket is remembered, and a security cookie that protects forms. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account details by contacting us. Orders may be kept for as long as the law requires for accounting.

This page is a working draft. Have it reviewed against the Kenya Data Protection Act before launch.
